DAY 36 MONDAY APRIL 30 COLD WIND

We stepped outside and came back in after a few minutes to don warm
clothes as it was 13c and a northerly wind kept it at that till midafternoon.
No more seaweed and no more flying fish. Our pilot came aboard at 3:30pm
while we were watching a highrise town in the west. Word from the bridge was
that we were looking at Ocean Shores. The delta of the Delaware River was
bigger still so it takes eight hours to reach our berth in Philadlphia. Just
another big industrial city with planes taking off right next to us at the rate
of one per minute.  Shore leave did not start till 11pm so we did not fancy
looking for allnight wifi in a strange city so we let Chris and Ian go off to
explore Walmart and bring back yellow bananas for Pierre. Malcolm chose
to use the 3G reception to update the blog and got to bed at 2am. Pictures
will be added in York. Come back and look at these pages in ten days time.
